The Switch Preview Screening with Advertlets

_

We’ve all seen our share of dreary, predictable romantic-comedy movies lately and it would make you to believe that anything categorize under the genre would inevitably just suck.

However, ‘The Switch’ was surprisingly very likable. Jennifer Aniston was perfect for the role as Kassie, someone who decided to have a baby via a sperm donor and Jason Bateman played Kassie’s best friend, Wally who ends up being the father of her child.

Sebastian is super adorably cuuttee!

There’s an interesting, sweet story in there, especially the relationship between Wally and Sebastian (Kassie’s child). Their touching on-screen bond between them emits itself pleasantly, was easy to absorb and was what I believe to be the cornerstone that carried the film through.

Not forgetting Jeff Goldblum and Juliette Lewis who were viable sidekicks to the two leads, supported the film sturdily with their witty characters, who were funny but thankfully did not feel like they were trying to be.

But here’s the real switch, this wasn’t a Jennifer Aniston movie, nor a romantic comedy per se, but simply a story about a man and that worked well.
