Vote or Die!

SHAWNEATSWORLD has now installed a new 'vote' feature for viewer to cast their inner-most feelings towards his likeable, interesting, amusing blog posts [hint]. Notice the whole third person perspective? Cool eh? maybe you should, i don't know... vote!?

I'll be happy to have 5 votes per post, anything more than that is probably me voting for myself. But the real issue here are the people who will die if you don't vote, so remember lives are at stake!

Mit freundlichen Gruessen Mercedes.

_

Its official I have an extended family now, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia!

I believe it was hard work, especially on the resume part that really paid off. This was of course after being scrutinize in manifold direction by my strict coach aunty that wring perfection of a good resume out of me. Criticized and bombarded by unsympathetic comments like “I think you should stop mixing with your bunch of friends” and “choose better friends” after submitting my first resume to her.

Although unrelated and as much as that hurt, looking back now from the first resume I did and to what I have written on now, I can say… it was actually bad. I guess all that was said had the underlining of ‘care’ to it, sorta. And now thanks to her, I have a resume that I’m proud of having.

Resume aside, there was two screening that I had to go through a phone and a face interview. Both that I believe did well, I’m good at talking perhaps. Apparently 15 got feedback from Mercedes but only 8 ‘lucky’ interns were chosen, all of which represented different departments. So I’m the only ‘fish’ in the Sales & Marketing Dept.

But of course getting chosen is only half quarter the battle won, now the real proving ground emerges: Getting noticed and not screwing up too much, something I’m relatively prone to [gasp].
