We... or maybe me got hater.

Been deadbusy the entire week!

Last Wednesday was Rock Chalk, Jayhawk KU!

FINALLY “Project Kansas University” has come to pass! With strict time constrains and cluttered planning against us, it was a fight we had to take tactically, oh no… nothing was gonna stop us anyway. We had our shares of s**t shoved right back up our behinds, with words of discouragement , slight humiliation of “amateur” and “unprofessional” work done. But I couldn’t help but agreed more, we had our flaws, big flaws and mistakes, but we definitely went round them, pushing through and not letting anyone pull us down further.

We had everything on the line, our built reputation of good work and lecturer's higher expectation from us (pfft …no freaking pressure here). All our work to waste? It sure felt like that. Then, people started noticing… us and our ads, it was definitely a relief… but everything depended on that day itself, we did everything we could.

Then here came "KU Day”, no one was expected to show up, there were 2 other very important talks on that very moment that day. To our surprise, people started showing up and damn did it go better than expected, Mr. Charles Bankart (Ass. Vice Provost of KU) was only suppose to stay from 12 to 2pm, ended up staying till 4pm and the least we could do was made him feel as welcome and comfortable as possible.

Aside from all that, it seems we (or maybe just me) have haters.

Posters on the first day itself of us were torn down,
Janitor clean-ups? Maybe.
Happened again the following day,
Coincidence? Maybe.
It finally stopped when we bombarded the Block with our posters. Ok... Coincidence, definitely Maybe.

Then, when everything just started to go fine, one of our posters got poked-thru… unfortunately, it was my face =/

Friends said someone hates me, but I think someone hates us, poked our poster, my face happened to be the target.
Coincidence? Hmm... maybe i guess =/

but i'm not too paranoid either...

OH WELL, big big big sacrifices must be made anyway, the day was a success beyond our expectations. =D
