Hiatus
_
I've not abandon this blog, nor do I have plans to do so. I've just been on hiatus, unfortunately not by choice. So much has happened lately yet I feel I've achieve nothing yet. It's been an intense journey these past few months, and it's a long way to go.
I still have so much to say and so much to show and my archive's about to overflow with materials dating back mid 2010. I just need to find the time. Bare with me.

7 Billion on Earth, 5 born every second; we'll need a bigger place.

Following Hans Rosling's "200 Countries, 200 Years, 4 Minutes" take on the development towards what we know now as the modern world, here's National Geographic's look into the current population of our modern world and its potential forthcomings since these latest developments.

The little things.
_
If our days hasn't been going well, bared in mind that there are always the little things to seek joy from, only if we're willing to look hard enough for it.

" The happiness of life is made up of minute fractions -- the little soon forgotten charities of a kiss or smile, a kind look, a heartfelt compliment, and the countless infinitesimal of pleasurable and genial feeling."
- Coleridge, Samuel Taylor
"Life is made up of small pleasures. Happiness is made up of those tiny successes. The big ones come too infrequently. And if you don't collect all these tiny successes, the big ones don't really mean anything."
- Lear, Norman

it is
Have you ever come across times where you're just driven by pure emotion, getting caught in the moment and in that moment, logic decides takes the back seat. And you say the dumbest of things? Things you probably wouldn't have even crossed your mind but you said it anyway?
And when logic finally decides to drive your world again, you revert back to those very moments as though to relive it again in your memory, and you just think to yourself... why the hell did you just say that for?

But wasn't that always the way? It's never something huge that changes everything, but instead the tiniest of details, irrevocably tweaking the balance of the universe while you're busy focusing on the big picture.
