Came across this in today's Google News under the Entertainment section. It would seem that The "Get Rich or Die Tryin’" Grammy nominee rapper Fifty Cent has decided to join the list of famous entertainer philanthropist like Bono and Angelina Jolie. Strangely, only aiding students from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia who gets 50 per cent discount off RapidKL Services.
Fifty is one cool coin for throwing it back to the public, in particular the Malaysian public; he definitely notices his fan base here. I love the whole tease by 50 Cent giving 50 per Cent back, now, how creative is that huh? His student fans will forever be grateful to him.
There's also links to Lloyd Banks responds to Shyne dissing 50 Cent probably because Shyne's jealous that Fif’s playing dirty by reaching the young Asian public with goody-goody work which he thinks isn’t gangsta at all. But I think otherwise, that it’s totally evil and cunning… and that’s gangsta. Well Shyne, “hate it or love it, the underdogs come out on top.”
