Lions for Lambs

Saw "Lions for Lambs" few days back.

This is a great thought-provoking movie, battling issues of politics, the media influence, the public and the apathy of today’s youth (something we totally need now!). This movie, offers no answers, but raises many important questions and majority of movie is made up of engaging conversations and I warn you, it isn’t everyone’s cup of tea though. Most people will definitely find this boring.

I personally like it because of the word play and the current and very true controversies that they try to tackle showing both sides fighting for what they believe to be right. In the midst of all the blabbering, the movie does a good job of raising awareness, at least to me lol.

On the other hand of fairy tales and comedy, I watched Stardust too with Angel. It’s been a long time since I saw a good, fun fairy tale movie, and Stardust was very entertaining. A pleasant supernatural-fantasy-action-adventure kinda movie.

Also had time to watch Balls of Fury. The first half was funny then it started to fade. The main actor, Dan Fogler, very similar to Jack Black in terms of size and looks is real funny too. And of course the HOT Maggie Q, the reason why I watched it lol, she’s drop-dead and the movie... fun to watch nevertheless. Just remember to come with a lenient outlook.
